We are passionate about providing a supportive environment for our team, delivering excellence to our guests while achieving the highest sustainability practices, and creating a lasting legacy for our families and communities.As a Spa Practitioner you will:Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting and exceeding Relais & Chateaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond and Forbes Standards.Provide a welcoming greeting and consultation unique to each guestPerform Massage and Spa treatments on guests ranging from Relaxation Massage to Body TreatmentsProject a friendly and professional demeanour to guests, upholding guest service standards of the Wickaninnish InnPromote the Spa’s products and educating guests on home care recommendationsMaintain spotless spa and treatment areas that are tidy and fully stockedQualificationsThe Wickaninnish Inn is committed to the principles of equality and diversity in the workplace. They will have:Exemplary customer service skills and demonstrate a willingness to exceed guest expectations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a high standard environment, and creative problem solving skills are necessary.A strong passion for the health and wellness industry.The availability to work evenings, weekends and open to adjusting schedule for business needs.A minimum 1000 hours of combined training in Massage Therapy modalities.A mutual understanding of your employment duration will be determined during your interview.Salary/Wage: Commission based plus gratuities.
