Guests can choose from a selection of treatments, including massage, facials, and body therapies, and you will help them embrace a return to calm in our tranquil west coast setting. The ideal candidate is guest-focused, professional, and committed to creating a memorable spa experience through exceptional service, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for wellness. Your passion for west coast hospitality will provide our guests with the relaxation and comfort they expect while working cohesively with staff members to create a satisfying and enjoyable atmosphere.*Key Responsibilities** Provide spa treatments including relaxation massage, body scrubs, wraps, facials, and other services as trained* Ensure individualized guest service by responding to specific needs and expectations* Maintain treatment areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner* Prepare and replenish products, linens, and supplies as needed* Deliver treatments in alignment with spa protocols and standards* Educate guests on spa offerings, homecare, and wellness practices when appropriate* Assist with spa reception and guest service support when needed* Follow departmental, health & safety, and emergency procedures*Qualifications** Massage, esthetics, or bodywork training required over 500 hours (formal certification or diploma an asset)* Previous spa experience required* Experience in a hotel/hospitality environment is preferred* Passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Professional, friendly, and reliable with a guest-first attitude* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required* Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment*Physical Requirements** Ability to stand, walk, and be active for up to 10 hours per shift* Able to lift up to 50 lbs* Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, pushing, and pulling* Occasional ascending or descending stairs and ramps*Staff Housing*Limited staff accommodation may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is not guaranteed. Shared accommodations include access to kitchen facilities, laundry, and Wi-Fi.
