Position Details: Job Type : part-time, permanent Vacancy : This position is for an existing vacancy (replacement for a currently unfilled position) Compensation : $19 - $21 per hour AI Disclosure:  Your application will be reviewed by our hiring team -  we do not use artificial intelligence in the screening or selection of applicants for this position.  What you will be doing: As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Carmen’s Group, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for every guest. By conducting room inspections, monitoring housekeeping quality, and supporting the team in maintaining high standards, your leadership and attention to detail help deliver the extraordinary experiences we’re known for. Your responsibilities will include: Providing a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for our guests Supervising the Housekeeping team with clear direction, support, coaching, and leadership Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met prior to guest use Updating and maintaining housekeeping schedules, task lists, and room assignments based on daily business needs Maintaining hotel rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests, associates, and vendors in line with C Hotel standards Overseeing the organization and upkeep of housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and equipment, ensuring supplies are replenished as needed Ensuring the confidentiality, security, and care of guest rooms, personal belongings, and hotel property Contributing to exceptional guest experiences by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and service Exercising sound judgment and demonstrating strong, supportive leadership Championing positive change and fostering a collaborative, motivated housekeeping team Performing other related duties as assigned to support smooth hotel and venue operations This is the perfect role for someone with a strong work ethic, high standards for cleanliness, and a passion for making people feel truly at home. What Makes You Shine in Housekeeping 1-2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality brand in a housekeeping capacity Previous supervisory or leadership experience Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards Positive, outgoing, and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve consistent results Reliable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision Availability to work flexible shifts during the daytime, including weekends and holidays Ability to tolerate cleaning products and maintain safety standards Clean criminal background check and ability to uphold guest confidentiality and hotel security standards We are Carmens Group—a proud Hamilton-born hospitality company with a mission to create extraordinary memories.
