CMC Markets is seeking an Onboarding Specialist with at least 1 year of AML/KYC compliance experience to join our Premium Client Management team. This role supports account applications for both our Canadian and Bermuda offices, ensuring a seamless and compliant client onboarding process while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of our business.CMC Markets is a global leader in CFD trading and share investing. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESConduct comprehensive reviews of new and existing client account applications for both Canada and Bermuda, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to internal policiesReview and process account documentation, including KYC, AML, sanctions checks, and financial appropriateness assessmentsMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records in internal systems, including timely periodic reviews and updates as neededCollaborate with internal teams to communicate onboarding requirements clearly, resolving KYC-related issues efficiently with a focus on first-time accuracyIdentify and escalate potential risks or red flags promptly to the appropriate stakeholders, ensuring consistent compliance and client supportMeet and maintain KPI and SLA targets, both individually and as part of the wider teamProactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and the overall client experienceProvide ongoing administrative support to ensure smooth business operations, including:Regulatory and compliance administration supportClient service and sales trading administrative supportFinance and payments administrative supportKEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEMinimum 1 year of AML/KYC compliance experience in financial servicesSolid understanding of AML standards.
