As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for a strategic and driven Director, Finance & Accounting to help lead us into our next phase.This full-time, in-person role is based at our corporate office in Edmonton, AB.The OpportunityBased at our Edmonton Corporate Office and reporting to the President & CEO, the Director, Finance & Accounting will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. This role will oversee the financial health of Booster Juice and play a critical role in strategic planning, decision-making, and long-term growth. You'll lead a dedicated finance team, manage fiscal operations, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive performance and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of financial management—including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance—for Booster Juice’s group of companies.Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and franchise development initiatives.Oversee day-to-day accounting operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Maintain and continuously improve strong internal controls and financial policies.Lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors, and ensure compliance with regulatory financial reporting standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Franchising, Operations, Store Development, People & Culture, IT, and Marketing—to evaluate business opportunities and enhance financial performance.Improve financial systems, reporting tools, and key performance metrics to support organizational growth and scalability.Manage banking relationships and ensure fulfillment of reporting requirements.Oversee foreign exchange activities and effectively manage cash flow.Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Finance team aligned with Booster Juice’s values and culture.What You Bring to the TableCPA designation required; MBA or another advanced finance-related credential is an asset10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance leadership roles, preferably in QSR, franchise, or multi-unit retail environmentsDeep knowledge of Canadian financial regulations, GAAP, and best-in-class financial practicesProven experience leading budgeting processes, cost control initiatives, and strategic planningStrong systems knowledge (experience with ERP and financial reporting tools)A hands-on leadership style with a balance of strategic insight and operational executionExcellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence at all levelsWhy Booster Juice?Be part of a proudly Canadian brand with almost 500 locationsJoin a passionate and forward-thinking leadership teamPlay a key role in shaping the financial future of an iconic and growing brandCompetitive compensation, performance incentives, and comprehensive benefitsA collaborative, energetic workplace built on wellness, innovation, and funReady to Blend Your Expertise with Purpose?Apply today and be part of something refreshing.Booster Juice is an equal opportunity employer.
