Description :The Business Intelligence Analyst III will work with the Wealth data and analytics team and be accountable for partnering with stakeholders and delivering timely, meaningful analytics solution, to support managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance. We are looking for a self-motivated and innovative individual who excels in a fast paced and high impact business team.Primary Responsibilities:Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements, design and execute on the analytical solutions in an accurate and timely fashionWork with various sources of data using Python, PySpark and other tools to generate analysis and reportingDevelop insightful, functional and appealing data visualization via Tableau or Power BI dashboard to facilitate self-serve insights generation and actioningProvide value-added insights (both verbal and written) in the form of analysis, interpretation and advice to highlight further business opportunitiesCommunicate with stakeholders and partners to deliver on milestones and to manage timelines and SLAManage partner inquiries, problem resolution, providing updates and communication including presentation and training as necessaryActively contribute to enhancing the team’s foundational and scalable processes and best practices for data extraction, manipulation, archiving, provision of insights, team de-risking needs and reporting development techniquesWork effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, challenging data and technology environment that leverages multiple databases and toolsWork individually or as a team leveraging each other's knowledge and expertiseContribute to a positive team dynamics including collaboration, sharing best practices and making it a great place to work Job Requirements:Qualifications/Skills/Experience:Over 2 years of work experience in analytics and reportingSound to advanced PySpark coding skillsSolid background working with data and conducting analysis or planning complex data flows and processesStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationshipsProven ability to communicate quantitative/ qualitative information and key messages clearly.Detail oriented and ability to effectively manage work under tight timelines and changing prioritiesDisciplined with a proven track record of delivering results and executing with excellenceExperience in working with TD's proprietary systems, processes and applications and/or a business analysis/reporting function would be considered an assetEducation:Post secondary degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or other analytically based disciplineTechnical Knowledge/Skills:2+ years' experience in mining, analyzing and visualizing large amounts of data and programming skills using Python PySpark, SQLFamiliar with Azure cloud, DatabricksExperience with creating Tableau / Power BI dashboards Who We Are:TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
