About the role We're searching for a Supply Finance Controller / Supply Finance Business Partner for a fixed‑term role who is ready to become an integral part of Reckitt's dedicated finance team. In this position, your expertise will play a vital role in partnering with Supply and functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, ensure P&L accountability, and oversee logistics, warehousing, and inventory processes.The ideal candidate is hands‑on, commercially minded, and thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. Your responsibilities Lead Supply Finance planning, forecasting, and business partnering for Canada. Drive margin performance through analytics, portfolio mix reviews, and operational actions. Manage supply cost plans, KPI reviews, and spend optimization initiatives. Partner with Supply leadership on strategic priorities and cost productivity projects. Ensure robust financial reporting, systems, and processes to simplify and support business needs. The experience we're looking for Professional Finance certifications (CA, CPA, CMA, MBA).5–7 years post-qualification experience. Highly preferred: Commercial Finance or FP&A experience in CPG industry. Strong commercial acumen, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experienced in partnering with executive leadership. Holistic P&L understanding and strategic thinking. Leadership skills: ability to drive change, communicate effectively, and lead teams.
