Job DescriptionThe resource is required to support the development correspondence campaigns for the Colon Cancer Check (CCC) program updates and lead the development of the subsequent updates to the digital campaigns for the Digital Correspondence Portal.Must haves:3-5 years experience developing and maintaining paper and digital marketing campaigns and segmentation criteria3-5 years experience working with CRM tools and rules engines3-5 years experience manipulating and analyzing large relational and multi-dimensional data storesResponsibilities:Provides subject matter expertise and hands-on engagement for all relevant systems including identifying and creating technical solutions design, development, and deployment for specified technology.Creates segmentation models, designs, and builds marketing campaigns.Refine and clarify designs during campaign development and implementation. Coding and unit testing, provide subject matter expertise in supporting System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.Support deployment in production. Conduct Root Cause Analysis of production issues.Desired Skills:5+ years experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) marketing segmentation and Siebel CRM strongly preferred5+ years experience analyzing and designing changes to segmentation campaignsExperience in creating and documenting the technical design, development and delivery of specified technology solutions including: reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions and customizationsDemonstrated experience in the creation and update of technical design specifications to satisfy project requirementsExperience developing integrated test scenarios, identifying test data, executing test scenarios as part of system integration testing (COTS and custom), troubleshooting and resolving issues identified and documenting test results.Ability to manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume data from structured and semi-structuredExperience working with healthcare dataComplete knowledge of SDLC methodologies Required Skills:3-5 years experience developing and maintaining paper and digital marketing campaigns and segmentation criteria3-5 years experience supporting deployment in production, including root cause analysis of production issues.3-5 years experience developing data extraction, transformation, and load functionality for large relational and multi-dimensional data storesEvaluation Criteria: Experience developing and maintaining paper and digital marketing campaigns and segmentation criteria.: 50 PointsExperience developing data extraction, transformation, and load functionality for large relational and multi-dimensional data stores.: 25 PointsExperience supporting deployment in production, including root cause analysis of production issues.: 15 PointsExperience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) marketing segmentation and Siebel CRM.: 10 PointsRequirementsDeliverables Include but not limited to:Development of campaigns for the Digital Correspondence PortalDevelopment of campaigns for CCC program updatesSupport campaign production runs
