Description
Background Information

• The resource is required to support the development correspondence campaigns for the Colon Cancer Check (CCC) program updates and lead the development of the subsequent updates to the digital campaigns for the Digital Correspondence Portal.

Responsibilities

• Provides subject matter expertise and hands-on engagement for all relevant systems including identifying and creating technical solutions design, development, and deployment for specified technology.
• Creates segmentation models, designs, and builds marketing campaigns.
• Refine and clarify designs during campaign development and implementation. Coding and unit testing, provide subject matter expertise in supporting System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Support deployment in production. Conduct Root Cause Analysis of production issues.

Desired Skills

• 5+ years' experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) marketing segmentation and Siebel CRM strongly preferred
• 5+ years' experience analyzing and designing changes to segmentation campaigns
• Experience in creating and documenting the technical design, development and delivery of specified technology solutions including: reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions and customizations
• Demonstrated experience in the creation and update of technical design specifications to satisfy project requirements
• Experience developing integrated test scenarios, identifying test data, executing test scenarios as part of system integration testing (COTS and custom), troubleshooting and resolving issues identified and documenting test results.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume data from structured and semi-structured
• Experience working with healthcare data
• Complete knowledge of SDLC methodologies

Required Skills

• 3-5 years' experience developing and maintaining paper and digital marketing campaigns and segmentation criteria
• 3-5 years' experience supporting deployment in production, including root cause analysis of production issues.
• 3-5 years' experience developing data extraction, transformation, and load functionality for large relational and multi-dimensional data stores

Evaluation Criteria

• Experience developing and maintaining paper and digital marketing campaigns and segmentation criteria.: 50 Points
• Experience developing data extraction, transformation, and load functionality for large relational and multi-dimensional data stores.: 25 Points
• Experience supporting deployment in production, including root cause analysis of production issues.: 15 Points
• Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) marketing segmentation and Siebel CRM.: 10 Points
• Total evaluation criteria: 100 Points

Assignment Type:
This position is currently listed as "Hybrid". The resource under this request will be required to work onsite as per Hiring Manager sole discretion.

Term:
The term of this Engagement Assignment is 210 Business Days, with an option to extend for up to an additional 50 days at Ontario Health's discretion. The Engagement Assignment may be extended for unused Business Days at Ontario Health's discretion.

The resource will comply with Ontario Health policies and procedures.

Ontario Health systems cannot be accessed from outside the province of Ontario, and Ontario Health assets including laptops and related equipment cannot be removed from the province of Ontario, without prior written approval from Ontario Health.

Location: Up to 5 onsite (subject to HM's discretion)
