Le spécialiste en souscription est chargé de souscrire et de gérer des comptes de complexité croissante conformément aux directives et aux objectifs opérationnels établis, de manière à respecter les normes nationales relatives à la qualité des données et aux ententes de niveaux de service. Nos spécialistes en souscription sont des experts dans leur domaine et ont à cœur le maintien de solides relations avec nos courtiers partenaires, ce qui signifie qu'ils répondent aux courriels et aux appels rapidement et qu'ils planifient régulièrement des rencontres avec eux. Comme vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe collaborative, vous aurez l'occasion de fournir du coaching et du mentorat à vos collègues moins expérimentés tout en développant encore davantage vos propres compétences auprès de nos souscripteurs chevronnés, afin d'aiguiser votre appétit pour les risques complexes.

Vous excellez dans ce qui suit :

Souscription – exécuter les directives relatives aux taux de renouvellement, faire des évaluations et négocier les taux appropriés.

Vendre et négocier.

Trouver des solutions.

Établir et maintenir une relation professionnelle avec les courtiers et les clients.

Fournir du coaching et du mentorat aux souscripteurs moins expérimentés.

Vous possédez ce qui suit :

Au moins cinq années d'expérience en souscription.

Titres PAA, FPAA ou RPLU (Souscripteur agréé en Responsabilité civile professionnelle) obtenus ou en voie d'obtention.

Expérience notable en service à la clientèle.
