Reporting to the Health Services Administrator on administrative matters this position is responsible for monitoring and managing budgets, workload, quality, labour relations and human resource issues. The incumbent is responsible for interpreting and implementing all organizational regulations, policies and procedures as they apply to Medical Imaging services.Lead Technologist Component:The position is responsible for ensuring that standards for the Diagnostic Imaging staff are consistent with regulatory/accrediting body standards and relevant legislation. Provides clinical guidance to designated Medical Imaging staff practicing in the facility.Shift Rotation/Hours of work:: Rotating, Days - 08:00 to 16:00. This position works Stat Holidays , but does not work Weekends.The Lakes District Hospital is a 16-bed facility that sees an average of 12,000 ER visits per year.
