Day in the life of a Legal Administrative Coordinator: Expense Management Accurately process departmental expenses in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), handling a high volume of expense items each month, with volume expected to increase as the team grows and KPIs expand. Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing cheques, ensuring compliance with internal controls and timelines. Mail and Correspondence Management Oversee daily large volumes of incoming and outgoing mail to eliminate delays in productivity Digitize and distribute all incoming mail to appropriate team members, reducing paper clutter and improving workflow efficiency. Manage the high volume general legal inbox, organizing and distributing a significant number of emails each month to the appropriate team members. Ensure prompt and accurate distribution of correspondence to maintain seamless operations. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, supporting risk mitigation and business continuity. Provide support for additional administrative tasks as required What we are looking for: Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a legal or corporate environment. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems is an asset. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle high-volume tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Must be able to work full-time on-site in our Pickering, ON office.
