The Sales Consultant's primary focus is to identify new sales opportunities, initiate communication through in-person meetings or phone calls, and nurture brand relationships that propel the organization forward.

  We are seeking individuals who have: 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service Strong self-motivation and passion for sales and business Ability to work well with others as a team player, while also confident working independently with minimal direction Excellent attention to detail and listening skills Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Availability to work full-time on weekdays Access to a personal vehicle and reliable transportation to our Burnaby office The Sales Consultants are rewarded with: Career opportunity with the guaranteed full-time work

The Responsibilities of the Sales Consultant: Daily meet prospects face-to-face to identify their needs and pain points Emphasize the benefits of our product features to potential customers to ensure they receive the most value Maximize the potential of assigned leads through our efficient follow-up systems Collect customer IDs and personal information to process the sale and keep the confidential information safe Provide exceptional customer care and promptly respond to any negative feedback or inquiries, forwarding requests to the appropriate teams through emails and phone calls Strive for maximum customer satisfaction to increase repeat business and customer referrals Attend weekly meetings and conference calls to stay updated on product knowledge and remain competitive in the market Master a variety of sales and marketing techniques to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets If you're passionate about customer service and sales, crave a supportive yet challenging atmosphere, and want to be part of a team that values your input, then we want to hear from you
