You’ll guide timelines, budgets, and deliverables across a range of initiatives, ensuring projects move forward smoothly and outcomes align with client goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys collaborating across teams, and can balance structure with adaptability.Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of client projects across sectors, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standardsAct as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationshipsOversee project finances and support responsibilities within the PQMS frameworkDevelop project plans, timelines, and scopes of work in collaboration with Project Directors and VPsTrack project budgets, resources, and reporting requirementsFacilitate internal coordination and cross-functional collaboration across teamsPrepare reports, presentations, and deliverables that communicate progress and resultsSupport proposal development, scoping, and business development activities as neededAnticipate challenges, resolve roadblocks, and keep projects on trackCoach and support junior staff and contribute to a positive, accountable team cultureYour Skills & Experience:Proven experience managing projects in consulting, agency, government, or professional services settingsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communicator; confident leading meetings and client conversationsSkilled in project management tools, workflows, and best practicesComfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environmentsCollaborative approach with the ability to align teams and keep work moving forwardSolid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and project reportingWhat You Bring:5+ years of experience in project management or a related rolePMP Certificate is an assetExperience working with government, non-profits, or businesses on complex initiativesStrong planning, problem-solving, and time management skillsAbility to balance details with big-picture outcomesCalm, steady presence under deadlines and shifting prioritiesHigh standards, accountability, and a commitment to delivering meaningful outcomesBenefits:Health and dental coveragePaid sick leaveVacation Commission OpportunityBonus structure based on performance and impact Growth & Learning:Onboarding and coaching from senior team leadsProfessional Development Hours (PDH)Purpose-driven work across government, community, and business sectors We are a high-performing team with real opportunity for leadership and impact.
