The Rümi Customer Care and Happiness Centre is seeking a dedicated Customer Happiness Advisor. This role involves managing customer service duties, such as addressing customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively meet and resolve customer needs.
We pride ourselves on being customer-obsessed, approaching every customer interaction with agility, care, and integrity. Our mission is to ensure that our customer service team addresses ongoing customer needs professionally and promptly. This means not only meeting but exceeding customer expectations, fostering a positive and supportive environment for our customers.
Our business is growing faster than you can read this posting, and we're looking for an outstanding Customer Happiness Advisors to support our customers within our unique Customer Contact Centre. The Role
This role focuses on helping ATCOenergy customers love the places they live and work. As we continue to grow, our Happiness Advisors will be cross trained to handle the needs of both Rümi Products & Services and ATCOenergy clients. Be the direct support line for customers via multiple channels including phone, chat, and email Engage with customers regarding their energy bill and identify solutions that enhance customer happiness. Cross-sell Rumi's diverse range of services to ATCOenergy customers, encouraging them to take advantage of more of our offerings. Be responsible for managing personal KPI's to support overall business goals. You will engage with current and potential customers by asking questions and offering tailored solutions. Make sales for a multitude of home and business-related concerns Provide residential and business support to energy customers Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments Ensure the timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain a positive customer experience. Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolutionWho you are:
