What You'll Be Doing:
  • Greeting our guests in a courteous & prompt manner.
  • Initiate vehicle service consultation, document customer concerns, recommend necessary maintenance.
  • Generate repair orders based on guest workflow and any additional information provided during check-in.
  • Discuss repairs with technicians and provide estimates as required.
  • Maintain consistent contact with the guest for the duration of their vehicle's service by updating on the status of their vehicle.
  • Review the invoice with the customer and ensure their vehicle is ready for service delivery.
  • Arrange alternate transportation for guests while their vehicle is being serviced.
  • Schedule appointments for customers and follow up on specially ordered parts and open work orders.
  • Answer phone calls to address any customer requests with the highest level of response and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a Customer Satisfaction score that is greater than the zone average.
What You'll Bring:
  • A proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Preferred 3-5 years of past experience as a service advisor, assistant service manager or service consultant.
  • A very energetic personality.
