At Belron Canada, the home office of Speedy Glass, Lebeau vitres d’auto and Vanfax we take this seriously, which is why we invest tirelessly on developing our people can realize their full potential.We welcome applications from everyone, and are firmly committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace, and take pride in ensuring every member of our team feels empowered.Business Analysis and Requirements GatheringCollaborate with business units to understand their processes, challenges, and application needs.Document functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications.Translate business requirements into technical specifications.Application Configuration and SupportConfigure applications to meet organizational needs.Provide user support through troubleshooting, training, and documentation.Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.Assist in resolving integration issues through analysis and technical documentation, ensuring timely resolution.Project Management and ImplementationParticipate in application implementation and upgrade projects.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of application changes.Stakeholder EngagementAct as a liaison between business users and technical teams.Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing.Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.Data and ReportingEnsure data integrity and consistency within enterprise applications.Support data migration and integration efforts.QualificationsEducation and ExperienceUniversity degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.Over 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in enterprise application environments.Proven experience assessing data models, reviewing integration processes, and analyzing data migration strategies.Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or equivalent.Skills and AbilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to show leadership, resourcefulness, and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.Proficient in business process modeling and documentation.Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis is an asset.Preferred CertificationsCertifications related to enterprise applications are an asset(e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant).Business analysis certifications are an asset(e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).We believe that genuine care can make a real difference in the customer experience, and it begins with making a difference in the careers of our team members.Belron Canada is an integral part of the Belron International family, a global leader in auto glass repair and replacement, and forward-facing digital camera calibration.
