The Senior Financial Analyst should be results-driven, confident and have strong analytical, technology, communication and organizational skills. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities**This position is responsible for and performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:* Participate in the monthly financial close process with tight reporting deadlines, including the review of results and the preparation of financial reports (in accordance with IFRS)* Participate in complex accounting files, such as lease accounting and FX hedging* Participate in the budget & forecast process* Participate in the development, documentation and implementation of internal financial and accounting policies and procedures, as well as internal controls* Participate in sales tax and corporate income tax filing process* Support the annual audit and liaise with the external auditors as necessary* Participate in special projects, such as M&A and ERP implementation **Qualifications*** 4-8 years’ experience related to the role, ideally in audit firms or publicly traded companies* University degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration* CPA designation required* Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards* Familiarity with indirect and direct tax regulations* Advanced skill in Excel and experience with Power BI is an asset* Bilingual (English and French), both verbal and writtenWe believe that genuine care can make a real difference in the customer experience, and it begins with making a difference in the careers of our team members.**Belron Canada** is an integral part of the Belron International family, a global leader in auto glass repair and replacement, and forward-facing digital camera calibration.
