Forklift Operator Edmonton, Alberta Join our dynamic team of industrial equipment and services professionals Our client is a leading provider of a diverse range of products and solutions for the manufacturing, mining, and construction industries across Canada. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our operations, responsible for the safe and efficient handling and transportation of materials. Your primary duties will include:Operating reach trucks to load, unload, and move materials within our facilities.Performing pre-shift inspections and maintaining the operational readiness of reach trucks.Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.Collaborating with the wider team to support the smooth flow of materials and logistics.This role requires: Previous experience operating Counterbalance Forklift (High Lift 16' racking).Ability to read and interpret load charts and other technical documentation.A valid forklift operator's license or certification.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.The ability to lift 50 lbs. individually. This is a contract position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $24 - $27 per hour. (Commensurate with experience).
