Job DescriptionReporting to the Clinical Service Manager, you will work closely with the team leader, staff and physicians to provide clerical support as required.Accountabilities:ReceptionTelephone answeringTranscribing doctor’s ordersBooking of clinic appointmentsOrder entryReceiving, admitting and discharging of patientsOher related duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diplomaMedical terminology course/certificate requiredMinimum of two years recent related experienceExcellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skillsWord processing and computer experience; Meditech and Windows45/wpm typing skillsPrevious ward clerk/clerical associate experienceMust demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and CollaborationExcellent attendance, punctuality and work recordMay be required to travel between and work at all Osler sitesAdditional InformationCurrently Days/Evenings/Nights including weekends and statutory holidays (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)Salary: Minimum: $26.31 per hour Maximum: $28.49 per hourInternal application deadline: December 8, 2025Osler values inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.
