As a student at PCL, you will get the opportunity for challenging work assignments in a supportive work environment which promotes personal and professional growth. We are seeking a Human Resources Student for our Toronto District, within our Canadian Buildings Division that are available for 4 month or 8 months starting May 2026.  As a Human Resources Student you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:ResponsibilitiesBeing involved in and exposed to various areas of Human Resources including recruitment, training and professional development and health & wellnessAssisting with planning and executing career fairs Assisting with training coordination and facilitates course set-upSupporting the team by preparing for daily events and follow-up actions (e.g. scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintaining action lists and reminders, and meeting/interview preparation)Supporting activities requiring a high degree of confidentiality, attention to detail, and accuracyComposing and preparing confidential correspondence, reports, and other documentationOther duties and projects as assignedQualificationsPursuing a degree or diploma with a Human Resources majorExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency with various computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Able to proactively anticipate needs and follow-up items for the teamAble to maintain strict confidentiality required of work assignments Independent and resourceful in accomplishing day-to-day tasks and assignmentsDemonstrated initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities under tight deadlines, while maintaining a high-degree of accuracy and professionalism   Next Step:Please note that candidates who have been selected to move forward to the next stage of the recruitment process will receive an email to complete a short online video interviewThe estimated hourly range for this role is $19.57- $28.69, based on your experience and qualifications.
