In this role, you will play a key part in assisting the Sr. Supervisor, Rifle Sight Assembly. The Supervisor will support Raytheon ELCAN CORE methodologies and Operating systems (KPI’s); People, Safety, Quality, Schedule and Cost. The Supervisor will be required to have a level of technical competency to apply a required percentage of touch labour on a daily basis. The Supervisor will have performance management as well as employee development responsibilities. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
