The LPN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate Resident care within the LPN Scope of Practice. The LPN will function as a team leader and provide direction and supervision for Resident Care Workers in the Home.In this leadership role, you will work within a team of highly skilled professionals who together, provide excellent medical and compassionate care for our residents.
