You're in luck We're looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives that want to grow and evolve within a company and have a long term career Start date: November, 2025Advantages- $46,000 Annual Salary- Full time, Permanent position- Hybrid Workstyle ( 4 days at home and 1 day in office located in Winnipeg )- Paid 4-6 weeks of training, followed by 2-3 weeks of mentorship- 3 weeks of Paid Vacation & 3 Paid Personal days- Monday - Friday scheduling - Weekends off - Pension plan- Able to participate in the Share Ownership Program- Bonus plan- Education reimbursement program $2,000 (annually)- Career advancement options Responsibilities-Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service-Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.Qualifications- Strong English and French communication skills ( Mandatory)- Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening- Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time.
