Position Summary The Retail Food & Beverage Station Supervisor is a multi-faceted role that is instrumental in assuring operational efficiency. The Retail Food & Beverage Station Supervisors make sure that our staff on the floor are supported and perform opening and closing procedures with our cashiers and bartenders. This is an exciting role, with numerous opportunities for continuous growth and improvement. These positions are casual-part-time positions that will require the successful candidates to work flexible hours throughout the week and on weekends. We are hiring for multiple positions under this requisition. Responsibilities  Responsibilities of our Retail Food & Beverage Station Supervisors include, but are not limited to:  Provide exceptional customer service to all guests in a prompt and friendly manner  Complete all required paperwork, including stock requisition sheets, inventory count sheets, timesheets, etc.  Spearhead the set up and take down of the concession stands Supervising the operations of concession stands at our venues Ordering stock to meet guest demands Maintaining a clean work environment Adhering to all safety and environmental programs and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment  Completing demanding physical tasks such as being able to bend, be on their feet for extended periods of time, maneuvering stairs, along with lifting and carrying up to 50lbs of product Our venue includes exposure to animal dander, weather, and peanut allergens  Qualifications  The ideal candidate will have the following background:  Retail Food & Beverage Station Supervisors must have at least 6 months of supervisory experience in food and beverage or retail.  The candidate should have a proven record of leadership skills in school, sports, or community engagement activities.  The candidate should be able to problem solve and think quickly on their feet.  Building relationships is extremely important in this role. The ideal candidate would be able to build relationships with various stakeholders.  Retail Food & Beverage Station Supervisors should be able to prioritize effectively to facilitate their station's smooth operation.  To Apply To apply, please submit your resume.
