Our growing team is looking for a Senior Analyst, ActuarialWhat you'll do here:Use your expertise to resolve complex problems and help your colleagues in doing the same by sharing youractuarialknowledge.Work autonomously on challenging,strategic projectsin areas such as: ratemaking, reinsurance,corporate planning, data science, reserving and more.Drive change by improving work processes and making substantial observations, conclusions and recommendations.Help guide and prioritize the team’s work and coach effectively to strengthen both individual and group success.Share the conclusions of your analysis to the appropriatestakeholdersand make recommendations within the established timelines.What you bring to the table:University Degree or any combination of equivalent education and experience.Certifications in Mathematics,Actuarial, Finance or Economics, ACAS preferred.3 years or more ofactuarialexperience (preferably in theP&C Insurancesector).Good knowledge withSAS,VBA, R orPython.Desirable competencies: adaptability, innovative,analytical, decision making, critical thinking, stellar communication,planningand organizing, team oriented. .No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.#LI-HybridWhat we offer Our hybrid work model provides the balance between working from home and enjoying meaningful in-person interactions.Working here means you'll be empowered to be and do your best every day.
