The role requires strong technical leadership, personnel management, and cross-functional collaboration with the mechanical and software engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.This position reports to the Division Manager (Functional Test General Manager) and directly manages 10-12 engineers and technicians across multiple sites.What You Bring to the TableTo perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, and regular attendance is required.
