As a primary care planner to your clients, you have the autonomy and flexibility to provide a holistic approach to care while increasing your skills through our comprehensive training, mentorship and preceptorship programs.You will teach, delegate tasks and functions to different levels of workers and client family members while maintaining our industry’s highest level of practice.You are the nursing care expert for your community.
