We are seeking an Executive Search Consultant to support market mapping, outreach, and search execution across senior leadership mandates. This role sits at the core of how we deliver value: understanding markets deeply, identifying the right talent pools, and engaging senior leaders with credibility, discretion, and sound judgment.It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys research, pattern recognition, structured thinking, and professional outreach—and who wants meaningful exposure to senior‑level executive search.Core ResponsibilitiesMarket Mapping & ResearchBuild detailed market maps for executive search assignments, identifying target organizations and senior leaders across relevant sectorsAnalyze organizational structures to understand reporting lines, succession paths, and role adjacencyDevelop long‑lists and talent landscapes that reflect capability, context, and market nuance—not keyword matchingTrack market intelligence including leadership moves, compensation signals, and organizational changesCandidate Identification & OutreachIdentify prospective candidates using LinkedIn, proprietary databases, and targeted researchDraft and execute thoughtful, discreet outreach to senior leaders on behalf of the firmConduct initial screening conversations when appropriate, capturing motivation, career context, and alignmentMaintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and market feedbackSearch Execution SupportSupport active searches through structured research updates and candidate trackingPrepare first drafts of candidate summaries, market overviews, and client‑ready updatesAssist in calibrating talent pools based on client feedback and evolving role definitionsFirm & Practice SupportContribute to ongoing talent‑mapping initiatives aligned with priority clients and sectorsSupport business development research, including market scans, role benchmarking, and competitor analysisHelp maintain the firm’s research standards, templates, and internal knowledge baseWhat We’re Looking ForExperience & Background5+ years in executive search research, market intelligence, professional services, recruiting, consulting, or a similarly analytical roleExperience in financial services, insurance, pensions, asset management, or professional services is an asset (not required)Undergraduate degree requiredSkills & AttributesStrong analytical and research capability; able to synthesize complex information clearlyExceptional written communication skills, especially for professional outreach and candidate summariesComfortable engaging senior executives with discretion, professionalism, and confidenceHighly organized and able to manage multiple parallel workstreamsCurious, commercially minded, and detail‑orientedThrives in a small, high‑expectation, high‑trust environment with significant autonomyTools & Technical SkillsStrong LinkedIn proficiency (Sales Navigator an asset)Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and structured documentationAble to learn and apply consistent research and assessment frameworks
