Determine what is the right choice for you as there are options- we have remote jobs where you stay in camp starting as early as early-mid January and jobs that are more localized to the Edmonton and Calgary area that allows you to be home every day. Duration and shift rotations are TBA for now but typically are either a 6/1 or a 24/4. Recruiters will begin making calls six weeks prior to the execution dates for the different events so please apply soon, and keep an eye out for further communications Responsibilities:Erect and Install scaffolding, construction cranes, derricks and other hoisting equipment.Assemble rigging (cables, pulleys, hooks) to move heavy equipment and materials. Assemble and erect pre-fabricated metal structuresCheck the alignments and join steel parts by bolting or tack welding them with an electric arc process. Position Qualifications:Journeyperson Certification and/or Interprovincial Red SealSatisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test CSTS 09 or CSOH2S AliveConfined SpaceFall ProtectionBasic Rigging COME AND GET YOUR BOOTS DIRTY With a significant presence in the construction, industrial maintenance, and turnaround sectors, Jardeg is the largest recruiter of skilled trades in Canada.
