As a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator with deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge, we guide organisations through complex digital decisions.About the role As a Senior Consultant, you will provide consulting, analysis, design, and/or implementation support for Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft AI solutions, Microsoft 365, and other cloud collaboration solutions. We will count on you to be responsible for project delivery, solution proposal creation and delivery, customization, and integration with the intent of optimizing the customer’s operational benefit and delivering business outcomes. Along the way, you will get to:Deliver end to end project success in the Microsoft M365 space, focused mostly on Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft AI solutions, leading complex and varied projects as requiredProvide technical leadership and support for customers in highly complex cloud environments. Collaborate with the sales and services support groups, external vendor partners, and the customers to ensure a smooth project experience, from presales conversations, through to design, implementation, and support. Work closely with the rest of the professional services team and its partners and sub-contractors. Deliver projects, assessments, roadmaps, health checks, whiteboarding sessions and workshops for customers. Mentor and learn from other subject matter experts covering M365 and other related technology. Participate in advance staging and complex configuration and installations. Ensure vendor compliancy strategies are met, including but not limited to certifications. Limited travel when needed to attend events, and help customers with their projects and business challenges, while promoting Insight values.Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow.
