Senior Consultant – Insight Insight is a Fortune 500 solutions integrator serving clients with deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge. We are hiring a bilingual Senior Consultant to join our professional services team and help our customers maximize the value of Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, and related cloud collaboration solutions. The role is fully remote – you may work from anywhere in Canada. About the Role Design, deliver, and support end‑to‑end projects in the Microsoft M365 space, focusing on Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft AI solutions. Lead technical consulting for customers in complex cloud environments and drive solution proposal creation. Collaborate with sales, services, external partners, and customers to ensure a seamless project experience from presales through design, implementation, and support. Manage and mentor junior members of the professional services team and partner staff. Conduct assessments, roadmaps, health checks, workshops, and white‑boarding sessions for clients. Ensure vendor compliance and certifications are met. Travel is limited – only when required to attend events or support customers. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of M365 delivery and design architecture experience. 5+ years of technical consulting in a customer‑facing role. Proven success delivering multiple concurrent projects and meeting billable and utilization targets. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 best practices, especially Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI Agents; experience with Purview, Entra ID, cloud migrations, security, and SharePoint is a plus. Fluency in English and French (written and spoken). What You Can Expect Freedom to work from another location—up to 30 consecutive calendar days per year, including international destinations.
