As a Communications Strategist, you will plan and develop compelling content to build and support the company's brand while ensuring alignment with our corporate values and mission. You will work cross-functionally with the marketing and other business divisions. Ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s messaging and values.Social Media Management: Oversee our social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement to enhance our brand's online visibility.Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with relevant media outlets and work on securing media coverage to promote our brand and products/solutions.Campaign Execution: Implement end-to-end social media campaigns and communications initiatives for the brand and target audiences, ensuring key message delivery, audience engagement, and positive brand affinity.Strategic Monitoring: Engage in daily social listening to monitor industry news, trends, competitor activity, and our brands.Idea Generation: Contribute with creative ideas on how to leverage social media and digital marketing to help achieve business and communications objectives.Performance Analysis: Consistently review social analytics to drive insights to improve ongoing campaign performance.Community Management: Monitor and manage all social media accounts and respond to customer comments, questions, and feedback in a timely, professional manner across social platforms.QualificationsHere's what you'll bring:Experience: 5+ years of marketing and communications experience.Senior Expertise: 2+ years in a senior communications or marketing role.Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Core Skills: Exceptional communication skills in writing, proof-reading, editing, and verbal communication.Mindset: Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop engaging content.Technical Tools: Direct experience working with marketing tools such as Sprout Social, Meltwater, and HubSpot.SummaryIf you want to join a company that provides industry-leading title insurance, default solutions, and other real estate-related products and services across Canada, this role is for you This role is offering a place where innovators and collaborators build on each other’s talents.
