You approach the problem at hand from a strategic and empathetic point of view.What You'll Be DoingAt Fresh Prep, every day may be different While we are currently in “growth mode”, things are becoming more and more streamlined. This means that your first day may not look like your third or your tenth, but each day you will be doing some of the following:Working in a refrigerated environment, with temperatures between 4–6°CPicking and packing customized meal kits for customersSelecting food items from storage and placing them on sortation racks based on customer ordersHelping to organize and pack orders into delivery containers according to driver routesWorking in a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and efficiencyFollowing all food safety guidelines and contributing to keeping the workspace clean and organizedWhat We Are Looking ForExperience in food production, warehousing or other fast-paced environments is an asset, but not requiredAbility to work quickly and accurately to meet time sensitive deadlinesComfortable working in a refrigerated environment (0–10°C)Able to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours per shift)Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs (13 kg)What You Can ExpectWeekend schedule: Saturdays & Sundays 7:00AM-3:00PMHourly wage of $18.52A culture that celebrates innovation, encourages professional development, and supports work-life balanceThe opportunity to be part of a certified B-Corporation making a tangible difference in sustainable food systemsFresh Prep is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) and we prohibit discrimination of any kind.
