What You'll Be Doing

At Fresh Prep, every day may be different While we are currently in "growth mode", things are becoming more and more streamlined. This means that your first day may not look like your third or your tenth, but each day you will be doing some of the following:

• Working in a refrigerated environment, with temperatures between 4–6°C

• Picking and packing customized meal kits for customers

• Selecting food items from storage and placing them on sortation racks based on customer orders

• Helping to organize and pack orders into delivery containers according to driver routes

• Working in a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and efficiency

• Following all food safety guidelines and contributing to keeping the workspace clean and organized

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in food production, warehousing or other fast-paced environments is an asset, but not required

• Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet time sensitive deadlines

• Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (0–10°C)

• Able to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours per shift)

• Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs (13 kg)

What You Can Expect

• Weekend schedule: Saturdays & Sundays 7:00AM-3:00PM

• Hourly wage of $18.52
