Teledyne Digital Imaging's products are used worldwide in machine vision, document scanning, image capture, surveillance, process monitoring, manufacturing inspection, medical imaging, and multimedia.As part of our continuing growth in this high technology market, Teledyne Digital Imaging is recruiting for a Sr. Electronics Designer If you’re passionate about electronics design and want to work where cutting-edge meets real-world impact, this is your opportunityWhat you'll doDesign and develop electrical circuits for machine vision camera boards and test systemsPlan PCB stackups and layouts, collaborating closely with layout engineersSelect components and create schematics that meet Teledyne DALSA’s high standardsOptimize designs for cost, manufacturability, and testabilitySimulate, debug, and bring up new board designsTroubleshoot and improve existing designs in lab and production environmentsCollaborate across disciplines—firmware, FPGA, mechanical, thermal, and test teamsDocument designs and lead review meetingsSupport production teams to ensure timely product deliveryShare knowledge and contribute to new camera design ideasWhat you needStrong skills in analog and digital circuit designExperience with PCB design tools (e.g., Siemens PADS) and lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters)Familiarity with communication protocols like I2C, SPI, UART, USB, EthernetKnowledge of high-speed signal design and board interconnectsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasksMinimum 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Experience with ADCs, DACs, SMPS, LDOs, op-amps, FPGAs, microcontrollers, and fiber opticsAdvantage: Master’s or PhD in Electrical EngineeringWhat we offerCompetitive compensation and comprehensive health benefitsProgressive vacation plan and paid holidaysRetirement savings plans with company matchEducational assistance and career development supportOpportunities to work on globally impactful technologiesWhat happens nextApply online and our Talent Acquisition team will review your application.
