They will play a key role in managing complex financial projects and strategic initiatives aimed at supporting the organization's growth and transformation.Advantages- Competitive salary and annual bonus.- Comprehensive benefits program and advantageous retirement plan.- Flexible schedule and hybrid work model.- A key role at the heart of the company's growth strategy.- Stimulating environment conducive to innovation.- Opportunity to grow with the company and influence its strategic direction.Responsibilities- Oversee all corporate accounting activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, entity consolidation, and the preparation of financial statements.- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and the company’s internal policies.- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of accounting professionals to ensure a high level of performance and quality.- Actively participate in the planning and implementation of large-scale financial and accounting projects.- Collaborate with FP&A, treasury, tax, and operations teams to ensure consistency and reliability of consolidated financial information.- Support internal and external audits and ensure the maintenance of a robust and effective internal control system.- Prepare detailed financial analyses and management reports for senior management.Qualifications- University degree in finance, accounting, or management (CPA is a significant asset).- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in financial management. - Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting and tax standards. - Advanced skills in financial analysis and modeling. - Experience in implementing ERP solutions or innovative financial tools. - Collaborative leadership, ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment.SummaryInterested in this position?
