Job Description: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, in person, over the phone and emails. They manage working relationships with customers and insurance partners while providing administrative support for the repair facility team. Key Job Responsibilities Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person and over emailSchedule appointments for vehicle repair using our repair management systemEnsure timely processing of insurance assignments Prepare repair order with proper documentationRecord all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using ASE Manage car rental informationActively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the JobHigh School DiplomaMinimum: 1 year Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive Industry Required Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesCommunicate effectively, both verbally and in writingAbility to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environmentEnthusiastic and friendly demeanor Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracyOther Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc.Valid driver’s license required Please note, this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
