Job Overview

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, as theHuman Resources Administrative Assistant you will provide administrative support to the to the HR Business Partner for day-to-day administration of recruitment, hiring process and delivering excellent customer service to employees. You also provide administrative support to the Executives. 

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Preparing a variety of Human Resources correspondence, documentation, internal/external communications and assisting with the preparation and submission of reports for the Executives.Supporting the recruitment and hiring process, conducting new employee orientations and coordinating and maintaining HR programs, training sessions and activities.Assisting with the day-to-day HR tasks including general inquiries, payroll & benefits administration, and HR projects and other initiatives as required.Maintaining and updating records in HRIS system and handling confidential business and personnel information with integrity.Acting as a representative of the Executive to liaise with internal/external stakeholders, assisting in developing and refining communication plans and relaying messages from internal and external sources to the Executives.Managing executive calendars, scheduling, and arranging meetings, attending these meetings, taking and distributing meeting minutes and following up on assigned action items.Planning and coordinating various company initiatives and events and assisting with coordinating site visits by external and internal stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources or equivalent.Administrative and/or HR related experience.Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.Proficient using office equipment, Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) with advanced abilities working with Microsoft Excel.
