Responsibilities Supporting the Insurance Claims Manager with administering, negotiating and tracking insurable losses across Canada, United States, and Australia Supporting PCL districts with identifying, reporting, and handling insurable losses with low to moderate complexity. Maintain accuracy and completeness of data in the Risk Management Information System (Origami). Generating loss runs and verifying data as needed. Aggregate, analyze, visualize, and interpret internal claims data for internal and external reporting. Support internal education and awareness initiatives related to claims, insurance, and risk management practices. Qualifications Experience or education in insurance or data analysis is preferred. Basic knowledge of insurance concepts and processes, ideally in the construction context. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting quantitative data using Microsoft Excel. Basic familiarity with construction documents, processes, means, and methods. Basic understanding of legal processes and documents. The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000 - $77,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
