Positin Title- Oracle FCCM KYC Product DeveloperLocation- Toronto, ON Role Summary We are seeking a hands-on Oracle FCCM KYC Product Developer with proven experience building and customizing KYC risk models. This role is focused on product-level development and configuration, including KYC scoring logic, calculations, and workflows. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation and deep understanding of KYC data across the FCCM platform. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize KYC risk models within the Oracle FCCM KYC module Build and enhance KYC scoring logic, risk calculations, and workflow configurations Analyze and manage end-to-end KYC data flows across source systems and FCCM KYC Implement product customizations to support regulatory and business requirements Validate model outputs, scoring accuracy, and data consistency Collaborate with AML, compliance, and data teams to ensure scalable and compliant KYC solutions Support UAT, production releases, and regulatory or audit inquiries related to KYC models Mandatory Skills & Experience Hands-on experience with Oracle FCCM KYC module Strong PL/SQL skills for model development, data analysis, and validation In-depth knowledge of KYC data models and FCCM KYC architecture Proven experience creating, enhancing, or customizing KYC risk models Experience in product engineering or technical customization roles (not functional-only) Nice to Have Broader AML domain exposure beyond KYC (e.g., TM, ECM) Prior experience in product engineering or large-scale platform implementations Experience working in regulated financial services environments
