Position Title- OFSAA MANTA DeveloperLocation- Toronto, ON Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCM Mantas Scenario Developer with a strong background in behavior-based transaction monitoring design and customization. This role is strictly focused on scenario development and enhancement, supporting effective AML risk detection through robust logic, tuning, and optimization. It does not involve operational monitoring or L1/L2 handling. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and customize transaction monitoring scenarios within Oracle FCCM Mantas Enhance and optimize existing scenarios to improve risk coverage and reduce false positives Perform threshold tuning and calibration based on risk appetite and regulatory expectations Analyze transaction patterns and customer behavior to support effective risk detection logic Work closely with AML, compliance, and data teams to ensure scenarios align with regulatory and business requirements Validate scenario logic and outputs through testing and data analysis Support regulatory reviews, model validations, and audit inquiries related to scenario design and tuning Mandatory Skills & Experience Hands-on experience with Oracle FCCM Mantas / Transaction Monitoring (TM) Proven experience in custom scenario development (behavior-based logic, not rule execution only) Strong understanding of the FCCM data model Advanced PL/SQL skills for data analysis, testing, and tuning Solid understanding of AML typologies and transaction monitoring concepts Nice to Have Experience with regulatory scenario tuning, particularly for Canada-specific regulatory expectations Exposure to regulatory model validation and audit processes Experience working in large banking or financial services environments
