From our incredible partnerships with iconic luxury brands, to our commitments to corporate social responsibility, you will be inspired every day.A job at Holt Renfrew offers a competitive total compensation, a generous employee discount, pension, and health & dental benefits, tuition assistance, and continuous learning and development.Visual MerchandiserThe Visual Merchandiser creates exciting, authoritative cutting-edge visual presentations for store installations (interiors and/or windows) and presents store merchandise to company standards encouraging customers to purchase.Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:Style and dress mannequins and/or hard good presentationSourcing and implementing of appropriate materials and proppingAdhere to corporate guidelines, standards and directivesPartnering with various departments to execute visual initiativesRe-work presentations as merchandise sells down or consolidations arrive, ensuring new receipts are present to maximize impactAdhere to corporate guidelines, standards and directivesRotate aged stock into blend to assist in driving sell throughOrchestrate placement of signageWork with external vendor specialist in merchant designated areas/departmentsEnsure established visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the store interiors and windowsProperly maintain the visual stockroom & visual and merchandising collateralRespect merchandise protection standards and inventory requirements when selecting and returning merchandise for presentationsComply with all Health & Safety policies and requirementsEnsure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measuresThe ideal candidate:Minimum 3 years of Visual Merchandising experienceRelated Fashion school and/or Visual Merchandising courses/diplomaThe measures of success: Contribution to financial objectivesIndividual objectives linked to the achievement of department goalsFeedback from internal and external clientsVacancy Reason: Existing VacancyHiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :$17.60 - $32.45 / 17,60$ - 32,45$ (per hour / de l’heure)Final compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's unique skills, expertise, individual qualifications, and assessed contributions to the role following the completion of the interview process.
