Steele Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC Saint John is seeking a Fleet Manager to join our growing team As a Fleet Manager at Steele Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC Saint John, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong business relationships with both new and existing commercial clients. You’ll drive growth by identifying opportunities, providing tailored fleet solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through every stage of the process. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and brings a strategic mindset to every client interaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop, review, and manage all commercial accounts and contracts to identify growth opportunities and areas for development. Identify and pursue new prospects, build relationships with fleet accounts, understand customer needs, propose solutions, and close transactions. Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate vehicle needs and resolve any issues. Prepare detailed vehicle specifications and proposals based on client requirements. Maintain relationships with lease companies and other industry partners. Perform other related duties as required. What You Bring to the Team: A valid driver’s license with a clean driver abstract. Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners, senior management, and external suppliers. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to manage multiple overlapping projects with attention to detail. PBS knowledge is considered a strong asset.
