This role oversees approximately 35 direct reports, including both Shell employees and contractors. The Supervisor plays an essential role in integrating within the asset by working closely with teams from projects, maintenance, and engineering. They ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations while fostering people development and delivering results through core work processes.Shell Canada’s Groundbirch asset is located approximately 70 km southwest of Fort St. John, British Columbia. It is an upstream Montney gas field that includes roughly 500 operating wells and four gas plants. Groundbirch is a key asset supplying feed gas to LNG Canada, and we take pride in helping Canada deliver LNG to the rest of the world.Accountabilities:Leadership and People DevelopmentAccountable for providing strong leadership that establishes and reinforces a culture of safety, reliability, and high‑quality production within the teamManage team performance by setting clear expectations, observing work execution, and providing timely, constructive coaching and feedback.
