Job DescriptionJob Overview We are seeking an experienced DevOps Specialist to support the deployment, operations, and maintenance of enterprise-scale digital services. This role focuses on automation, configuration management, and operational excellence, working closely with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.The DevOps Specialist will help streamline deployment processes, improve observability, and maintain system reliability while adhering to best practices for CI/CD, security, and performance monitoring.Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation & ScriptingDevelop scripts, tools, and procedures to automate deployments and maintenanceImplement automation strategies for limited downtime deploymentsCreate templates and patterns for application deployment and CI/CD pipelinesOperations ManagementManage configuration and credentials across environmentsPlan and execute maintenance activities, database upgrades, migrations, backups, and recoveriesEnsure operational reliability and system availability for production environmentsSupport for Development & Delivery TeamsProvide operations support for integration testing, security scans, system, performance, and load testingEnable early and frequent delivery through Alpha/Beta releasesBuild observability tools and telemetry scripts for monitoring application performanceContinuous Improvement & Best PracticesMaintain and improve DevOps processes, documentation, and practicesSupport teams in adopting automation, CI/CD best practices, and operational standardsCollaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure efficient delivery and open communicationRequirementsStrong experience as a DevOps Specialist or similar role Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and configuration managementExperience managing cloud environments, databases, and production deploymentsProficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python)Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and telemetry toolsExperience working in Agile delivery teamsStrong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skillsRequirementsStrong experience as a DevOps Specialist or similar role Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and configuration management Experience managing cloud environments, databases, and production deployments Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and telemetry tools Experience working in Agile delivery teams Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
