Priority given to Road Paving experience.DutiesDirect traffic flow around construction sites using appropriate hand signals and signage.Ensure the safety of workers and pedestrians by monitoring traffic patterns.Communicate effectively with team members and drivers to prevent accidents.Set up and dismantle traffic control devices, including cones, signs, and barriers.Assist in paving operations by coordinating with heavy equipment operators.Maintain a clear understanding of site plans and safety protocols.Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to supervisors immediately.Requirements8 months experience as a Flagger/TCPExperience In Road Paving is given a priority.Must have a vehicle as you will dispatched throughout the Lower Mainland.Strong verbal, written and oral communication skills and with the ability to work well under pressure.Must be able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Ability to operate heavy equipment is a plus.A commitment to safety practices and procedures is essential.Willingness to learn about paving operations and assist as needed.Salary range- $21 to $25 Join our team as a dedicated and supportive TCP, where your contributions will directly impact the safety and efficiency of our projectsPI7d982093cf24-30511-38376366
