If you think you would be the right person to join our team working towards this goal, we would love to hear from you Role Summary:Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, the Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for providing direct support to Sales Senior Leadership as a strategic business partner. This role will provide operational support to the Sales team to enable revenue growth within the organization, as a leader and subject matter expert on sales forecasting, reporting & analysis, Sales enablement, and continuous process optimization.Candidate must reside in CanadaRole Responsibilities:Act as a strategic business partner to Sales leadership and support the annual planning process, including budgeting, quota setting, account planning, and Sales compensation plans, in partnership with Sales leadership, Finance and HRSupport Sales leadership with forecast and pipeline reporting, as well as insight and analysis on forecast and pipeline quality and healthWork with the Sales team and other cross-functional teams on deals requiring clarification and/or additional documentation/supportTrack and report on KPIs and defined metrics, prepare dashboards, reporting and analysis to support understanding of achievements and gapsResponsible for HC and capacity planning and reportingWork closely with the Global Revenue Enablement Manager to develop and deliver onboarding training, as well as ongoing enablement to the Sales teamSupport corporate merger and acquisition processes and activities, as requiredQualifications:Relevant business experience within high-growth tech companiesStrong people leader, with an ability to lead and influence across all levels of an organizationExperienced in designing and implementing business plans, reporting and measurement and analysisAbility to independently manage deadlines and handle multiple competing prioritiesStrong in the use of all Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience with What We Are Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who checks off most, but not all, of the boxes listed in “skills and experiences”. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills.
