Document and perform processes related to security monitoring.Isolate issues using the suite of Security tools. Work with other staff to identify appropriate course of remediation and suggest methods of tuning systems accordingly.Perform and review results from scheduled assessments identifying related risks. Work with other IT teams to identify resolution plans and follow progress to conclusion.Assist with data collection and reporting activities in support of sustainment activities under PCI and SOC2 frameworks.Conduct initial investigations of escalated security and network events. Assist in maintaining a library of documented response procedures.
