Our Ottawa-based client is seeking an experienced SAP Real Estate (RE) and Contract Lease Management (CLM) Consultant to join their project a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in SAP RE and S/4HANA migrations, including at least one end-to-end project implementation. This is a hybrid role, with the specific number of on-site days to be confirmed. Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize the SAP Real Estate (RE) and Contract Lease Management (CLM) modules in a S/4HANA system. Manage master data for rental objects, contracts, and business partners. Design and implement processes for rent calculation, invoicing, and payment settlements. Ensure compliance with lease accounting standards, particularly IFRS 16, within the SAP system. Lead workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide training and end-user support to ensure a smooth transition and adoption. Create and maintain detailed functional and technical documentation. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
